Unity Flight of South Africa

Welcome to the Ufosa Foundation (UK)!

The role of Ufosa (UK) is to seek and secure funding for the Foundation from within the UK as well as from organisations and individuals within the European Community similarly.

Ufosa (UK) is active in the following areas:

  • SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES
These two campaigns offer schoolchildren in the UK an opportunity to help children in South Africa directly - and also interact with them via our [monitored] Forum Boards - thereby helping our UK children in their understanding of Geography, History, Culture, and IT skills. read more

  Donate A Book campaign
UFOSA in South Africa is seeking to establish a 1,000-book library in each of the 30 schools of the programme throughout the country. Schools in the UK are being asked to participate by inviting their students to donate books to needy schools in South Africa in the DAB campaign.

Hire A New Teacher
campaign
Ufosa (UK) seeks to provide funds in 2007 for each of the 30 South African schools to hire and pay for 1 new Teacher for 1 year.  UK schools have the opportunity to raise funds for the project from students and parents through the HANT campaign, for this purpose.
